Your answers are in your data. Your data is in too many places.

Sales sits in a CRM, support in a ticketing tool, conversations in the contact center, spend in marketing platforms, numbers in finance and a warehouse. Getting one straight answer means a ticket to the data team and a wait.

Scattered sources

Every system has its own format, its own definitions and its own owner. Questions that cross systems stall.

Dashboards that age

A dashboard answers the question someone asked last quarter. The next question needs a new one.

Insight behind a queue

The people closest to the problem rarely write queries, so decisions wait for analysts or go without evidence.

From connected to answered in four steps

Lens does the joining, reconciling and analysis. You keep the judgment.

  1. Connect your sources

Link the systems you already use. Lens reads structured tables, exports, documents and conversation records alike.

  2. Ask by text or voice

Use plain language. Speak it on the move or type it at your desk. Lens works out which data it needs.

  3. Build on the Canvas

Every answer lands as a numbered layer that stacks. Follow up, compare layers and refine without losing earlier work.

  4. Share what you found

Export to PDF, Word or a presentation, or share a session with the colleagues who need it.

One platform, not another dashboard

Lens is not a visualization add-on. It is a native agentic platform. It plans the work behind each question, gathers the right data across sources, reconciles differences, analyzes and composes an answer you can verify.

  • Native, not bolted on. Built as an agentic platform from the start.
  • Any shape, size or form. Tables, files and conversations in one view.
  • Text and voice. Both for input and for output.

What Lens does for you

The essentials, with full detail on the Product page.

Ask in plain language

No query language and no data model to learn. Ask the way you would ask a colleague.

Speak or type

Voice in, voice out when you are away from a keyboard. Text when you want to scan and copy.

One view of every source

CRM, support, contact center, finance, marketing and warehouse data in a single conversation.

An accumulating Canvas

Answers stack as layers, so a line of inquiry builds instead of replacing itself.

An agentic layer

Multipurpose agents plan, retrieve, reconcile, analyze and compose behind every answer.

Export and share

Download PDF, Word or presentation files. Pin, rename and share sessions.

Your language

English and Hindi with language and region settings, and more to come.

Data sovereignty

The EPHEMERAL architecture is designed so enterprise data is not hosted by third parties.

Behind every answer, an agentic layer at work

Lens runs a layer of multipurpose agents. They coordinate the work a skilled analyst would do, and they show their steps so you can see how an answer came together.

Understand

Interpret the question, its intent and the business terms in it.

Retrieve

Choose the right sources and pull only what the question needs.

Reconcile

Align formats, definitions and identifiers across systems.

Analyze

Calculate, compare and test, then find what changed and why.

Compose

Write and draw the answer, check it, and hand it over as text, voice or a Canvas layer.

EPHEMERAL data sovereignty architecture

Your enterprise data is not hosted by third-party providers

Lens is built on EPHEMERAL, a data sovereignty architecture. The premise is simple: the data belongs to the organization that owns it, so it should stay under that organization's control.

  • No third-party data hosting. Enterprise data is not parked with outside providers.
  • Short-lived working data. Lens uses data to answer the question, not to build a lasting copy.
  • Access follows your rules. People see answers drawn only from what they are allowed to see.
  • Provider independence. Voice and model components sit behind provider interfaces, so deployment can move to match your requirements.

Questions teams ask Lens

Lens is industry-agnostic. If your organization has data, these questions travel with you.

Sales

  • Which deals slipped this month and what do they have in common?
  • Where is pipeline coverage thinnest by region?
  • Which accounts went quiet after the last call?

Customer support

  • Why did ticket volume rise last month?
  • Which issues take longest to resolve?
  • Which customers are repeating the same complaint?

Marketing

  • What did each channel spend and what revenue closed from it?
  • Which campaigns brought leads that actually converted?
  • Where did cost per lead jump?

Finance and operations

  • Which invoices are overdue and by customer segment?
  • How did margin move against last quarter?
  • What explains the gap between forecast and actual?

Contact center

  • What themes show up in calls that end in escalation?
  • How do outcomes differ by team and by hour?
  • Which scripts correlate with a resolved first contact?

Leadership

  • Give me this week across sales, support and spend.
  • What changed since last review and why?
  • What should I ask the team about next?

Lens / Product

A native agentic platform for business intelligence

Lens unifies multiple data sources, in any shape, size or form, and draws business intelligence from them. This page covers everything you get, from the first question to the shared report.

Ask

Text and voice, both ways

Lens accepts questions as typed text or spoken words, and returns answers as written results, charts or spoken replies. It is never voice only, and never text only.

  • Natural language. No query syntax. Ask the way you would ask a colleague.
  • Follow-ups keep context. Say "now only the north region" and Lens knows what you mean.
  • Voice for the moments away from a desk. Hands-free questions and spoken answers.
  • Your language. English and Hindi today, with more languages on the way.
  • Command palette. Press Ctrl or Cmd plus K to jump to sessions, sources and settings from the keyboard.

Works the way you do

On the move
Ask by voice and hear the answer read back
At your desk
Type, scan the charts and copy what you need
In a meeting

Afterwards

Canvas

Answers that accumulate instead of replace

Most chat tools overwrite the last answer. Lens keeps every answer as a numbered layer on a Canvas beside the conversation, so analysis builds step by step.

Layered answers

Each answer is a layer with its own chart, table or summary. Earlier layers stay put as you ask more.

Split view

Conversation on the left, Canvas on the right. Resize the divider to give either side more room.

Compare and refine

Place layers side by side, ask Lens to explain a difference, or narrow a result without starting over.

Export

Download the Canvas as a PDF, a Word document or a presentation, ready for a meeting.

Sessions

Every conversation is saved as a session. Pin the important ones, rename, share and delete.

Share

Send a session to a colleague so they can see the questions, the layers and the reasoning.

Agentic layer

Multipurpose agents, coordinated for every question

Lens does not run one fixed pipeline. A layer of multipurpose agents decides what each question needs and assembles the right steps.

Understand

Reads the question, resolves terms like "last quarter" or "key accounts" and sets a plan.

Retrieve

Selects the sources that hold the answer and pulls only the relevant data.

Reconcile

Matches customers, products and dates across systems and flags conflicts it cannot resolve.

Analyze

Calculates, compares, ranks and looks for drivers behind a change.

Compose

Builds the answer, checks it against the data and delivers text, voice or a Canvas layer.

Visible work. While Lens works, a progress view shows which steps are running, so the answer is never a black box.
Data

Any shape, any size, any form

Lens is built around its own proprietary data model, which gives very different sources a common footing so they can be asked about together.

Structured

Tables from CRMs, ticketing tools, finance systems and warehouses.

Semi-structured

Exports, spreadsheets and event data with uneven columns.

Unstructured

Documents, notes and message threads.

Conversations

Call and chat records, so what customers said sits next to what they bought.

Lens / Solutions

One platform for every team that works with data

Lens is industry-agnostic. It serves any organization where answers sit in more than one system, from a five-person shop to a global enterprise.

Two ways to use Lens

Enterprise

For organizations with many teams and many systems

  • Cross-functional answers across sales, support, marketing and finance
  • EPHEMERAL data sovereignty architecture
  • Guided onboarding and connector setup
  • Seat-based plans with custom terms for full deployments
  • Security documentation on request
SOHO

For small offices, home offices and small businesses

  • Self-serve sign-up, no data team required
  • Ask by text or voice from any device
  • Monthly plans: Free, Pro and Max
  • Same Canvas, exports and sessions
  • Pro is $20 a month and Max is $100 a month

By function

Sales leaders

See pipeline, slippage and coverage across regions and reps without waiting for a report. Ask why a number moved and get the deals behind it.

Support and CX teams

Connect tickets with the conversations around them. Find recurring complaints, slow categories and the customers who keep coming back.

Marketing teams

Join spend with closed revenue by channel and campaign, so budget moves toward what converts.

Finance and operations

Reconcile forecast and actuals, track receivables and explain margin changes in plain language.

Data and analytics teams

Hand routine questions to Lens and keep your time for the deep work. Review the steps behind any answer.

Executives

A single place to ask "what changed and why" across the whole business, by voice if that is faster.

Cross-functional workflows

The value of Lens grows when teams ask each other's questions on the same data.

Revenue review

Sales, marketing and finance open the same session. Marketing spend, pipeline and booked revenue appear as layers, and everyone sees one set of numbers.

Customer health check

Support tickets, call themes and account value come together to show which customers are at risk and what they are saying.

Weekly business brief

Leadership asks for the week across sales, support and spend, then exports the Canvas as a presentation for the meeting.

Root-cause investigation

When a metric moves, Lens compares periods, segments and sources to surface likely drivers, then lets you drill into each.

How an enterprise rollout works

  1. Discovery

We learn your systems, your questions and your data governance needs.

  2. Connect

We set up connectors and access rules with your administrators.

  3. Pilot

A first group asks real questions and we tune Lens to your terms.

  4. Scale

Seats expand across teams, with support from our customer success team.

Lens / Security

Your data stays yours

Lens is built on EPHEMERAL, a data sovereignty architecture designed so that enterprise data is not hosted by third-party providers.

The principles behind EPHEMERAL

Sovereignty first

Data belongs to the organization that owns it. Lens is designed so enterprise data is not hosted by third-party providers.

Short-lived by design

Data is used to answer the question in front of Lens, not collected into a lasting copy for other purposes.

Access follows your rules

Answers draw only on the data a person is permitted to see in the source system.

Provider independence

Voice and model components sit behind provider interfaces so an organization can move from managed to self-hosted components as requirements grow.

Visible reasoning

Answers come with visible steps so reviewers can check how a result was produced.

Ready for your review

Architecture notes and security questionnaires are available to Enterprise prospects on request.

About Lens

Lens is a product of Aurigen X Labs Private Limited, a team that builds voice and agentic AI for businesses. We want everyone in a company to be able to ask its data a question and get a straight answer.

Technology should adapt to people, not the other way around.

Your data is yours

Honest answers

Show the steps. Flag what is uncertain. Never bluff.

Close to customers

We work like owners, learn fast and listen to the people who use Lens.

Lens / FAQ

Help and frequently asked questions

Straight answers about Lens. If yours is not here, write to support@aurigenxlabs.com.

General

What is Lens?
Lens is a native agentic platform that unifies multiple data sources, in any shape, size or form, and draws business intelligence from them. You ask by text or voice and receive answers you can build on, export and share.
Who makes Lens?
Lens is a product of Aurigen X Labs Private Limited (CIN U63999DL2026PTC468494). It has its own identity and dedicated support channels.
Who is Lens for?
Any organization with data spread across systems. Enterprises use it for cross-functional answers, and small offices and small businesses use it to get answers without a data team. Lens is industry-agnostic.
Is Lens available now?
Join early access to be told when your plan opens. Enterprise teams can also arrange a guided walkthrough with sales.
How is Lens different from a dashboard tool?
A dashboard shows answers to questions someone planned in advance. Lens answers new questions on demand, joins data across systems and explains what it found, in text or voice.

Product

What can I ask Lens?
Anything your connected data can answer: pipeline, tickets, spend, revenue, call themes, receivables and more. Ask follow-ups and Lens keeps the context of the session.
What is the Canvas?
A workspace beside the conversation where each answer is kept as a numbered layer. Layers accumulate so your analysis builds up instead of being overwritten.
Can I export what I find?
Yes. Export to PDF, Word or a presentation. You can also share a session with colleagues.
What are the agents?
Lens runs a layer of multipurpose agents that understand the question, retrieve the right data, reconcile differences between sources, analyze and compose the answer. You can see the steps while it works.
Which tools does Lens connect to?
Salesforce and Zendesk are available today. HubSpot, Freshdesk and a handful of others are next, and we are building towards more than 500 tools across 29 categories. See the integrations page for the full catalog.
Can you connect a tool that is not listed?
Tell us what you use. Connector priorities follow customer demand, and Enterprise customers can discuss custom connections. Write to sales@aurigenxlabs.com. For technical and integration questions, write to Technology@aurigenxlabs.com.
What types of data can Lens use?
Tables, spreadsheets and exports, documents and conversation records. Lens is designed to work with data in any shape, size or form.
Which languages are supported?
English and Hindi today, with more planned.

Voice and text

Is Lens voice only?
No. Lens supports text and voice as input and output methods. You can switch between them at any point in a session.
Do I need special hardware to use voice?
No. A microphone on your laptop, phone or headset is enough. Allow microphone access in your browser when asked.
Can Lens speak its answers?
Yes. Turn on spoken replies and Lens will read the answer aloud while the written result stays on the Canvas.

Data and security

Is my enterprise data hosted by a third party?
Lens is built on the EPHEMERAL data sovereignty architecture, which is designed so enterprise data is not hosted by third-party providers.
Who can see my answers?
People in your organization you choose to give seats to, and only data they are permitted to see. Sessions are private until you share them.
Can I get security documentation?
Enterprise prospects can request documentation and a security questionnaire from sales@aurigenxlabs.com.
How do I report a security issue?
Email support@aurigenxlabs.com with "Security" in the subject. Please give details and avoid sharing sensitive data in the email.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. You can delete sessions yourself and ask us to erase your account data. See the Privacy Policy.

Pricing and billing

How much does Lens cost?
Enterprise is $25 per seat per month, billed annually, with a minimum of 5 seats. Custom terms are available for full deployments. SOHO is self-serve with three monthly plans: Free at $0, Pro at $20 and Max at $100.
How do I pay?
Checkout takes you through review, billing details, payment and confirmation. Applicable taxes are shown before you pay.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account at any time. Access continues to the end of the paid term. See the refund and cancellation policy.
Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are covered by our refund policy. For billing errors or duplicate charges, contact support@aurigenxlabs.com.
Do you issue invoices?
Yes. Invoices are available in your account and include applicable taxes such as GST.

Accounts and support

How do I get help?
Email support@aurigenxlabs.com. Enterprise customers also get onboarding guidance from our team.
How do I add or remove seats?
Add seats at any time from your account. Removals take effect at the next renewal.
How do I get in touch with the team?
Use the contact form and choose a topic, or write to message@aurigenxlabs.com.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Use the reset option on the sign-in screen. If that fails, write to support@aurigenxlabs.com from your registered email.

13. Liability
