AurigenX Labs Private Limited was founded in July 2026 in New Delhi, bootstrapped from day one. We build an enterprise voice AI and agentic analytics platform, because most enterprise conversations in India and similar markets still happen by phone, in more than one language, and are never measured.
The founding team spans media and marketing operations and computer science. That combination shaped how the platform is built: not as a research demo, but as a system that has to survive a live call center floor, a compliance audit, and a procurement cycle at the same time.
We are building products first, not slideware. Signal, Relay, and Momentum are the first three taking shape, designed to survive a live call floor from day one. Vantage, our analytics engine, exists so that once those products reach a customer, every call can be scored and proven, not just claimed.
Every product ships against a real deployment, not a demo environment. Feedback comes from live calls, not focus groups.
Indic-first is a design constraint, not a feature flag. Code-mixed, regional, and accented speech are the default case, not the edge case.
We build and tune our own speech and language models rather than wrap a third-party API, so we can meet compliance and latency requirements that off-the-shelf tools cannot.
