When you use our products or contact AurigenX Labs, we may collect contact details you provide directly, call audio and transcripts generated through a deployed product, and basic usage data from our website.
Call data is used to operate the product a client has deployed, to generate the analytics shown in Vantage, and, where a client agrees, to fine-tune the underlying models. Contact details are used to respond to enquiries and, where consented, to send updates about our products.
Voice data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Deployments can be scoped to keep customer data within India where that is required by a client or by regulation.
We do not sell personal data. Data is shared with sub-processors only where necessary to operate the service, under contractual data protection terms.
