By accessing this website or using an AurigenX Labs product, you agree to these terms. If your organization has a separate signed agreement with AurigenX Labs Private Limited, that agreement governs in case of conflict.
AurigenX Labs products are provided for lawful business use as agreed in a client's service agreement. You are responsible for how your organization configures and deploys the products, including compliance with applicable telecom and data protection law.
This platform, including the Vantage analytics engine, is the intellectual property of AurigenX Labs Private Limited. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of that intellectual property to a client.
The service is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, AurigenX Labs Private Limited is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
